- Section 699AA: Companies to which the Eleventh Company Law Directive applies.
- Section 700: Preparation of accounts and reports by oversea companies.

Part XXIII: Oversea Companies — Chapter II: Delivery of Accounts and Reports

Sections 700 to 703 shall not apply to any institution to which section 699A applies or to any limited company which is incorporated outside the United Kingdom and Gibraltar and has a branch in the United Kingdom.
