In paragraph 13 of Schedule 6 to the 1990 Act (annual report of the Welsh Authority)—
in sub-paragraph (2), the words from "and shall include" onwards shall be omitted; and
after that sub-paragraph there shall be inserted—3The report shall also—aset out every contravention notification given by OFCOM to the Authority during the year; andbinclude such other information (including information relating to the Authority's financial position) as the Secretary of State may from time to time direct.4In sub-paragraph (3), "contravention notification" means a notification of a determination by OFCOM of a contravention by the Authority of any obligation imposed by or under this Act, the 1996 Act or Part 3 of the Communications Act 2003.
