Schedule 4 makes amendments to—

section 77 of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 (no removal while claim for asylum pending), and
Schedule 3 to the Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants, etc) Act 2004 (removal of asylum seeker to safe country).
